Today was a special day at Health haven 🥰
Steffie Dawn Murray you are beautiful, kind, humble and the strongest woman I know. 🥲
The 1st photo of us was taken May 2017 in Malaga gaining our IKFF qualification’s in Sports kettlebells.
Today you brought down all your awards for your amazing achievements since then.
WOW!
The trophies are
3rd place at UKS strongest woman (the big heavy one😂)
Big trophy is "best in show" at Uks
2nd in the world
Medals are 1st at log lift championship with 85kg log and 1st deadlift championships with 220kg deadlift
What a journey!
Super proud of you and even prouder to call you my friend.
Keep pushing forward, that number one podium spot is waiting for you 😘x

Hey folks, this is a reminder that I am still offering my Goddess Pamper Treatment 🌹⚘️

I am offering a 2 hour session for £99, see below all that is included:

✨️ Starting off with a herbal tea and a 45 minute reading
✨️ Get comfy on the treatment bed and be cleansed with palo santo and sage spray
✨️ Get tucked into a cosy blanket and experience a lovely facial which includes a cleanse, tone, facial massage using elizabeth arden facial oil, the facial massage will be continued using a gua sha crystal. Accupunture points will be gently pressed on the face using essential oils and massaged to release tension, followed by ice globe rollers for extra pampering, finished with a serum and moisturiser.
✨️ Relaxing scalp massage using essential oils, finishing off with a heated eye mask whilst receiving a 30 minute gently healing session using crystals and relaxing music.

This is a relaxing flop and drop session where you will feel completly zenned out as well as feeling lighter from your healing and leaving with a sense of depth and clarity from your reading 💜 let me help you with your aches and pains 🙏

Trauma therapist Dawn Walton grew up in an abusive home, and knows what it’s like to survive rather than live. That’s why she became a trauma therapist, and wrote her most recent book “We’re All Screwed Up (and that’s OK).”
In this talk, she’ll share down-to-earth, jargon-free ways to understand your mind and simple approaches to help you move past the struggles we all carry.
