💜 Day 2 of Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy 💜

Today we learned about:-

Therapeutic properties of essential oils.
How essential oils are extracted from plants.
How essential oils work.
How olfaction works.
Blending of essential oils.
Aromatherapy massage for the anterior of the body - many thanks to our fantastic model today!

My student, Lynsey, learns visually so we used video clips to help integrate her learning 🥰.
