• Enclosed field for hire - approximately 7 acres of grassland with trees and a pond, surrounded by a 6 foot deer fence.

• All users of the field do so at their own risk (see disclaimer).
• All use of the field must be pre-paid, and paid within 24 hours of making the booking. Refunds will only be given where 24 hours’ notice has been provided.
• You are responsible for assessing whether the field is suitable for your dog(s); if you judge it to be unsuitable do not use the field and leave immediately. You must not let any dog off the lead in the field if you think it may get over, under or through the fence or gates.
• All dogs using the field must be vaccinated and wormed regularly. If a dog or any it lives with, is showing signs of ill health (diarrhoea, vomiting, coughing etc.) you must cancel your session – contact us to rebook at no charge.
• Each session starts on the hour and we ask that you be out the field at approximately 10 minutes to the hour, bearing in mind that locking up the field, putting your dog (s) in the car and exiting the carpark is part of your hour booking.
• Users should not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before their session and should remain in the car with their dog (s) until the previous user has left the parking area.
• If the previous user is still in the field at your start time do not enter the field, call us immediately. You and your dog (s) must remain in your vehicle until they have left.
• You must pick up after your dog (s), a bin is provided at the access gate for the disposal of secure waste bags.
• Always ensure you lock the gate on exit even if there is someone waiting to enter.
• Vehicles are not permitted within the field however should you require access due to a disability please contact us to discuss.
• The field is a No Smoking area.
• Barbeques are not allowed in the field.
• Lighting is not available in the parking area or within the field itself, therefore users should ensure they are adequately equipped with personal lighting i.e. torches during times of poor visibility.
• Use of the field is at the discretion of the management; if use is refused the management are not obliged to give a reason for refusal.

The owners of the field have made every effort to ensure the field is safe for you and your dog (s). Users of the Field must do so at their own risk, and are responsible for assessing whether the field and its facilities are suitable for both the dog (s) and themselves. Should users enter the field during periods of low lighting i.e. before dawn and after dusk, or when weather conditions make visibility poor, the users do so at their own risk. Please take care when using the facility, the field is rough and uneven in places and particular care must be taken around the pond area. The pond can be used by your dog (s) but we do not take responsibility for the water conditions or the safety of your dog (s) if you allow them to enter the water. The owners of the Field accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury to users, their dog (s) or possessions whilst using the facility, nor do they take responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
