Ann, Angie, Bethany and Finlay would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy by way of cards, flowers and messages, following the sad loss of Charlie, a much loved Dad and Granda.

Sincere thanks to the Scottish Ambulance Service and staff at A&E, and ward 6 at Dr. Grays, Elgin, for their care and compassion.

Heartfelt thanks to all the team at Joe Dawsons, especially Jennifer for being there every step of the way guiding us with kindness, love, and the utmost professionalism, and special thanks to Daisy for giving the best cuddles.

Grateful thanks also to Celebrant Laura Gordon for a beautiful uplifting service, Kim at Oops a Daisy Florist for the stunning floral tribute and the Admirals for the lovely teas.

Ian, Craig, Allan and Rhona would like to warmly thank all relatives, friends and colleagues for the love, kindness and support shown through cards, flowers, messages, gifts and food deliveries following the very sad loss of Kathryn — a much loved and devoted wife, mum, mother-in-law, proud nanny, sister, sister-in-law, Auntie “Kaka”, and special friend to so many.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Critchley and Dr. McDonald (Ardach), Ward 7 staff at Dr. Gray’s Hospital, also the CRT Team and District Nurses, for the genuine care, kindness and compassion shown to Kathryn and to the family.

Sincere thanks also to Laura and her team at Joe Dawsons Funeral Home for guiding the family through the arrangements with such kindness, compassion and professionalism. Grateful thanks to Rev. Dr. Jaco Boonzaaier for delivering such a lovely and meaningful service and for helping to honour Kathryn’s wishes, and to Jane, the church organist, for the beautiful music. Thanks also to Boda for the beautiful flowers, to the staff at Moray Crematorium and to Eileen and her team, for providing the lovely teas afterwards.

Finally, thank you to everyone who came to Kathryn’s service and for the generous donations received.

Peacefully at home, after a short illness borne with great courage and dignity, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 Helen (nee Slater), aged 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Sandy, much loved and cherished mam of Tracy, Stephen, Eileen, Neil and Lillian, dear mother in law, proud granny and great granny, also an auntie and good friend to many. Funeral service to be held at Buckie North and Rathven Church, on Tuesday, February 24, at 10.30am, thereafter to Buckie West Cemetery, to which all are welcome. Donations if so desired, may be given in aid of Marie Curie and the District Nurse and CRT team at Ardach Health Centre, in loving memory of Helen. Sadly missed.

Hazel and family wish to thank all relatives and friends for their kind and sincere expressions of sympathy, by way of cards, flowers, messages and gifts following the sudden loss of Michael, a dearly loved husband, dad, granda, brother and friend to many.

Special thanks to Laura and her team at Joe Dawson’s funeral home, who did a caring and professional job with the funeral arrangements. Grateful thanks to Celebrant Nicola Johnston for her excellent tribute at the crematorium, which was just perfect. Very peacefully at home, with her loving family by her side, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, Kathryn Grant Cowie (nee Drummond), aged 75 years. Beloved and devoted wife of Ian, dearly loved mum of Craig, Allan and Rhona, and mother-in-law of Dave and Nicola, proud nanny of Caitlin, Keiran, Callum, Douglas and Mia, cherished great-nanny of Bleu and Ebeny, also a dear sister, sister-in-law, 'auntie-Kaka' and good friend to many. A celebration of Kathryn’s life will be held at Buckie North and Rathven Church, on Monday, February 16, at 12.30pm, to which all are welcome, private cremation thereafter. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired, may be given in lieu in aid of church funds, in loving memory of Kathryn. She will be so sorely missed and will be forever in our hearts.
