It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of George, at home with his loving family by his side, on Monday, January 5, 2026, aged 76 years. Beloved husband of Winifred (Winnie, nee McHardy), much loved dad of Graham and Lynn, and a loving father-in-law, granda, and great-granda. A celebration of George’s life will be held at Moray Crematorium, on Monday, January 19, at 12.30pm, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired, may be given in lieu in aid of Prostate Cancer Scotland, in loving memory of George. He will be sorely missed.

At a time when some are reflecting on successes of the past year, or making positive plans for the year ahead, we just wanted to acknowledge how difficult it can be to leave the year behind without your loved ones by your side.

Our families have often experienced unimaginable loss and yet, still take the time to be so gracious. We are so privileged to be entrusted with your loved ones and it is an honour we never take for granted. We are thinking of you all, we hope 2026 is much kinder to you 💜
