It spoke about someone feeling embarrassed and judged during a pedicure.

And it reminded me how often people apologise for their feet before treatment.

There is absolutely no need 🤍

Foot care should always feel safe, respectful, and free from judgement—no matter who you see.

Excited to share that I’ll now be holding clinic days at Speyside Spa, Aberlour.

From routine foot care to medical pedicures, treatments will be delivered in a calm, dedicated clinic space designed to prioritise both foot health and comfort.

My first clinic date is 26th February 2026 11am - 7pm.
