Hi My name is Emma, I have been qualified and working in childcare since 2003, and have worked in nurseries within the public and private sectors in central and outer London. I qualified as a baby massage instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage in 2011. I ran classes in Children's Centres for three years. I then had my own kids, which I did baby massage with them and thoroughly enjoyed the 1:1 bonding time with them. I enjoy seeing parents bonding with their babies and showing parents the various massage strokes to help babies with colic, gas and aiding in better sleep. Classes are for 5 weeks and last for an hour to hour 1/2. Classes cover strokes on: Legs and feet Chest Arms and hands face Back
Routine for colic, gas and constipation.
Time to chat at the end with refreshments and normally something sweet! I hope you enjoy baby massage as much as I do. Look forward to seeing you soon. Emma

Hi 👋

You may have noticed that I haven’t been on here for quite a while.

I have had a little shift in my business lately.

Over the past few months I have been reflecting on how I can best support parents and babies through baby massage.

💜What I have realised is that the most meaningful moments happen when I can give my full attention, create a calm space and really connect.

💜That’s why I have decided to focus solely on 1:1 sessions and small workshops for baby massage. This change allows me to offer a more personalised experience, where every parent feels seen and support.

💜I’m so excited for this next chapter and what it will bring to so many parents and babies.

Getting out of the house to a baby massage group gave me something I didn’t realise I was craving: connection, warmth, and support.

Todays 1:1 baby massage session spotlight ✨

All set up for this Mornings 1 on 1 baby massage session. 💜

I had the pleasure of working one-on-one with Katie and her sweet 9-week-old, this morning. She choose to return to a 1:1 class with her second little one💕. At just over two months old he is already discovering the joy of gentle touch and movement!

Here’s what we focused on for the first session:
💜 Massage strokes on the legs and feet. Many babies find leg and foot massage soothing because it doesn’t put pressure on their sensitive tummy or back initially. This builds trust: baby learns that massage feels good, so they’re more relaxed when you move on to other parts.

By the end of our session, he was all smiles and mum and baby were both relaxed. 🤱✨
