Wild Swimming & Outdoor Spa Host (Weekend)
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Weekend Spa Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role combining hospitality with practical outdoor spa duties.
Details:
• Zero hours contract (3-month probation)
• Start Jan 2026
• Approx. 20–24 hrs per week (Sat + Sun)
• Extra hours during events (F1, Stowaway Festival, retreats)
The role includes:
Welcoming and checking in guests, answering questions, serving drinks, supporting bookings, keeping spa spaces clean and guest-ready, lighting and maintaining wood-fired sauna/hot tubs, water quality checks and supporting open water safety (training provided).
We’re looking for someone who:
Is warm, reliable, happy working outdoors year-round, and enjoys working as part of a team. Hospitality or spa experience is a bonus but not essential.
