On a more serious note... temptation will ALWAYS be there.
Do you think of foods in 2 categories - ‘bad’ and ‘good’?
This is challenging in the long run - an… More occasional treat should form part of everyday life.
Feeling you’ve failed if you choose to eat a ‘bad’ food is not going to do you any favours.
Aim to build a healthy relationship with ALL foods....
That’s still a work in progress for lots of us (me included!)
Here’s 3 questions to check in with yourself before you indulge...
1. Am I hungry?
2. Will this satisfy my hunger?
3. Did I plan to eat this today?
Planning treats ahead is a great approach and will help you feel in control and on track 💪
