Dear fans...😀 The method of work of our boutique is a bit different and here is a simplified explanation to prevent embarrassment or delay for any reason:

1- The request is made via the Direkt currently

2- The application shall be processed within 1-5 days according to the number of applications
3. All orders will be sent to more than one person once on Friday or Saturday often and the applicant will be notified and send the shipment tracking link if he chooses the excellent mail

4 - The order is received by mail closest to your area after 5 days of dispatch
5- Any delay that happens to the normal mail is outside our control because when the order is sent out of Europe we have no authority over it, but we can help to find out the cause of the delay

6 - We do not receive orders less than 10 riyals and do not start any order only when the full amount of payment - We are happy to serve you always and apologize for any inconvenience we may cause you .. With greetings of Raman Boutique😊
