Big milestone reached ✨

I’ve officially completed my International Diploma in Animal Osteopathy

A challenging and rewarding journey that’s expanded my understanding of biomechanics, movement, and whole-body function across species — and further developed my clinical approach.

This feels like a natural extension of my work as a chiropractor, supporting movement, recovery, and long-term function — now within the animal world too 🐾

More information to follow soon.
For now, I’m focused on preparing for upcoming art exhibitions in May and June 🎨

😳✨ I’m still slightly in shock at this percentage.
After months of doubt, deep dives into anatomy, biomechanics, and osteopathic theory… seeing this mark feels unreal. Proud, relieved, buzzing, and honestly a bit emotional.
Animal Osteopathy dissertation ✔️

Almost finished now — just two more pieces to submit and then that’s it. The final stretch. The messy, tired, exciting, nearly-there bit.

So grateful for how much I’ve learned through this process — about animals, bodies, patience, and myself. Head down, heart full, let’s finish strong.

💥 Battle Cancer London – all done and dusted! 💥

What an amazing experience — tough, emotional, but so proud to have taken part alongside the incredible CrossFit Vastus 7 teams. 💪❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us, donated, and cheered us on — it truly meant the world. 🌍

Together, we’ve raised an incredible £1,885 for the two charities chosen by Vastus members — absolutely amazing! 🙌

My chosen charity to support was the DKMS Foundation, and I’m so proud to share that we raised £360 to help fund life-saving research and donor registration for those affected by blood cancers. 🩸 https://gofund.me/b4e8ea397

Can’t believe it’s come around so quickly — Battle Cancer London is this Sunday! 🏋️‍♂️🔥
Feels like only yesterday I signed up, and now it’s almost go time. I’m so proud (and slightly nervous 😅) to be taking part alongside my friend Michelle & my CrossFit Vastus crew — all for causes that mean a lot to us.
I’m doing this in memory of my mum, raising money and awareness for blood cancer. Huge thank you to everyone who’s already donated — your support honestly means the world 💜
