Some sunshine & life has arrived into HVR. Doors open to welcome in the sunshine into the cabin and so nice to have the air circulating.

I’m going to potter in the garden today and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the sun on my back. Still muddy, yes! But there’s life out here peeking through. 😍

A run this afternoon, then we’re off to see Wuthering Heights.

It begins with the room. A softly lit, lightly scented room of incense or a scented candle. The music floating at just the right volume. The warmth of the room wraps around you so you feel welcomed.
The massage couch welcomes you, the softness already yielding as you prepare to rest. A heat pad if needed, a thick luxurious blanket to wrap right into. As you lay, your breathing comes into tune with you and invites you to rest as a reward from a day of busy.
 
Stillness.
 
The gentle touch of the therapists hands comes into contact with you. The rhythmic pressures sweep across the face, the back, or the feet depending on your choice of treatment. The mind may continue to chatter but the pull to relax is there. The breathing slows and the mind starts to wander, down, down, down into a quietly shifted moment you didn’t feel yourself drop into until you are there.

Today marks Imbolc the midway point between winter solstice and spring equinox. Also the first day we enter the light after a period of darkness.

It also coincides with the Snow Full Moon.

I love rituals and today is perfect for some Spring energy to enter our home. It keeps me grounded, reminds me to ‘be’ and live in the present.

👣 A late January newsletter should hit your emails tomorrow my lovely HVR friends. 👣

A bit of an update of price rises. You’ll be pleased to know that at this stage there will not be one, but I will be reviewing in October. For now hurrah!

However, deposits are now required at time of booking when you book online. A 50% minimum will be required to secure your booking.

You have options to:
👣 Pay 50% by card on the HVR website
👣 Pay 100% by card on the HVR website.
👣 Pay by bank transfer by contacting me first to advise what you would like to book. Confirmation will be made when payment is cleared.
👣 Pay by cash - If you are a regular customer to HVR then you can pay by cash. Please contact me to advise as above if you were to pay by BT. Sorry no new customers can pay by cash.

I 100% understand that things come up and every one is very individual in needing to cancel sometimes, but as a result HVR has been struggling with this for some time now. I trust you all understand this is the right way forward for me to be able to sustain my business.
