Daily Lymph Flow exercises
I really hesitated putting this video out there as I’m not super confident in my body and I’m working on my lymphatic system as well, so lots of areas of ‘puffiness’.
But here I am!
Lots of benefits to these exercises and these are only an example of what you can do for your body to get the lymphatic system up, awake and moving.
As fascia gets tighter it interferes with the smooth running of your lymphatic system, these exercises are perfect for:
Promoting lymphatic activation.
Promoting improved circulation
Promoting spinal relaxation
Improved stable energy levels.
Now, don’t sit there and say you can’t do at least 1-2 of these daily. The bouncy bouncy’s can put you off, but they are so so good for you! I have noticed the difference in my flexibility, mobility and energy 10 fold in the last two weeks.
