Suitable for all levels. Guaranteed to calm, inspire and leave you wanting more... A qualified yoga teacher specializing in Hatha and Restorative Yoga. Focus is on the mind and body connection through the bridge of the breath. Classes work on both physical and mental health and like the seasons change so do the classes. From the 17th May classes will run in the studio or if the weather is good on the yoga deck ( maximum group size 7)
The yoga deck is a sheltered sanctuary surrounded by trees and natural planting A sanctuary designed so you can reconnect both with yourself and with nature. A beautiful tranquil setting. My classes are friendly and relaxed but also carefully structured to build steadily and increase all the fantastic benefits yoga can provide. Yoga Sculpt
A class designed to build strength and fitness.

The class will combine a series of poses flowing from one pose to another using at times light weights and increasing the cardio bursts. It will challenge you. Your balance, enhance coordination, maintain movement and mobility and improve proprioception.

There are so many long term benefits to building muscle.

As 2025 comes to a close I just wanted to pop in and say a huge thank you for all your support this year. Your energy and focus in classes, your trust, spirit and humour.

A wonderful year of classes, Thai massage treatments, cosy yoga and sound events and closing the year with a qualification in naturopathic health, nutrition and wellness coaching which enables me to do what I love , working with clients on a 1-1 basis on their health and wellbeing.

Yesterday was a Retreat just for me.
A day of meditation, practicing Qigong ( energy movement) by the lake, drumming, affirmations and spending time with two wonderful ladies who make my heart sing. I feel lighter, ready to let go of the old and open gently to the new.

Cosy Restorative and Sound Evening

We have had a last minute cancellation for this evening which is sad for us but great for you. Would you like it ?

An evening at Oving Village Hall tonight, 7.15-9.15pm
£25.00

The cosy evening incorporates long slow supported poses which allow your body to sink and surrender, soften and open know as Restorative Yoga ( blissful release) accompanied by a range of Sound instruments played on or around your body providing an incredible sense of deepening and release whilst in your pose. All this wth your favourite blankets, cushions and pillows around you.

We conclude the evening with a crystal singing bowl soundbath followed by a herbal tea and a morsel of dark chocolate to awaken , just enough , for you to go home and dive into bed.

Our Story

A qualified yoga teacher specializing in Hatha and Hatha Flow . Classes take place in Sanctuaries around the local villages including a space at the bottom of my garden in Padbury. My classes are small, friendly and relaxed but also carefully structured to build steadily and increase all the fantastic benefits yoga can provide. I like to fuse both eastern and western ideas on yoga explaining the methodology and theology behind the movements and the language of yoga in my classes so that my students understand the Why as well as the How to get the most out of the experience.
