If you've been relying on skincare to shift pigmentation and feel like you're not getting there, this is usually the point where we step in with something a bit more targeted.

The IllumiFacial is one of our most popular treatments for uneven skin tone, and it combines IPL technology with a bespoke facial to address pigmentation, redness, and overall skin quality in one session. The IPL works by targeting the pigment sitting beneath the skin's surface, breaking it down so the body can naturally clear it away over the following weeks. It's not aggressive, there's no real downtime, and most patients find it very comfortable.

This is after just one treatment, and you can already see the difference in how much clearer and more even the skin looks. Pigmentation has softened, tone looks more balanced, and the overall finish is brighter without looking over-treated.

It's a good example of why in-clinic treatment and skincare aren't the same thing. Medical-grade homecare like Obagi is brilliant for maintaining results and supporting the skin between sessions, but when pigmentation is already established, you need something that works at a deeper level to shift it. That's exactly what IPL does.

For best results we'd typically recommend a course of treatments, and we'd always support that with the right skincare to protect and prolong what we achieve in clinic.

If pigmentation is something you'd like to address properly, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and we can assess your skin and decide whether IllumiFacial is the right next step for you 💌

Microneedling is already one of our favourite treatments for skin quality, and now we’re upgrading the experience.

We’re very excited to introduce the new SkinPen Precision Elite to clinic.

This is the next generation of our much-loved SkinPen treatment, designed to make microneedling even more precise, comfortable and effective.

The reason we love microneedling is simple. It works by stimulating your skin’s own collagen response, helping to improve texture, soften acne scarring, refine fine lines, support smoother skin and bring back that healthier, fresher glow.

We’ve chosen to upgrade because we’re always looking at how we can make your treatments better, from the technology we use to the results we’re able to achieve.

SkinPen Precision Elite will be arriving in clinic very soon, and we can’t wait for you to try it ✨️

Hit your 40s and feel like your skin has suddenly changed?

It’s not just about getting older, it’s about what’s happening underneath the surface and why your usual routine might not be cutting it anymore.

These are the conversations we have in clinic every single day. The things that actually explain why your skin looks or feels different, and what to do about it in a way that makes sense long term 👉🏼

If you’re ready to understand your skin properly and stop second guessing what it needs, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and we’ll build a plan that works for you 💌

Profhilo is not filler, and it shouldn’t be sold as a treatment that will lift, contour or replace lost volume. If that’s what your face needs, Profhilo probably isn’t going to give you the result you’re hoping for.

Where it does work beautifully, however, is skin quality. If your skin feels dry, flat, crepey or less elastic than it used to, Profhilo can be a really good option. It deeply hydrates the skin and helps support collagen and elastin, which is why patients often notice better glow, bounce and overall freshness over time.

You won’t walk out looking different, and no one should be able to tell what you’ve had done. Your skin should just look healthier, smoother and more hydrated.

It’s also a lovely option for areas that often get forgotten, like the neck, décolletage and hands.

The key is knowing whether Profhilo is right for your skin, or whether you’d be better suited to something more structural or more collagen-stimulating.

That’s why consultation matters. The best treatment is never the one that’s most popular. It’s the one that actually matches what your skin needs ✨️

If you’ve noticed small yellowish deposits around the eyes and wondered what they are or if anything can be done, this is a really good example of what’s possible.

Xanthelasma can be stubborn and often doesn’t respond to skincare, which is why it tends to stick around and gradually become more noticeable over time.

With the right treatment approach, it can be reduced in a way that restores a much cleaner, smoother appearance to the eye area.

It’s not about changing your features, it’s about removing something that doesn’t belong there so your skin looks clearer and more even again.

If this is something you’ve been thinking about treating, book a consultation and we can talk through your options and what would work best for you 💌

IPL is one of our favourite treatments for skin tone, pigmentation, and redness, but it works best when it’s matched to the right concerns at the right time. Here are five signs it could be exactly what your skin needs:

1. You’re bothered by patches of uneven skin tone.
Sun damage, hormonal pigmentation, or general discolouration that good skincare alone hasn’t shifted. IPL targets pigment directly and can make a real difference where topical products have hit a ceiling.

2. Redness and flushing are affecting your confidence.
Whether it’s rosacea, general redness, or visible thread veins, IPL works on the vascular element of these concerns in a way that most other treatments can’t.

3. Your skin looks dull and lacks clarity.
If your complexion has lost its brightness and nothing seems to bring it back, IPL can reset the overall tone and give the skin a much cleaner, more even base.

4. You’re seeing the early effects of sun damage.
Freckles that have deepened over time, age spots, or a generally uneven texture from years of sun exposure. IPL is particularly well suited to addressing this kind of cumulative damage.

5. You want to improve overall skin quality, not just treat one thing.
IPL isn’t a single-issue treatment. Done in a course, it improves tone, texture, and clarity together, which makes it a strong option if you want a broader improvement rather than targeting one area in isolation.

If any of these sound familiar, head to the link in our bio to book a consultation, or DM “IPL” and we can work out if IPL is the right next step for you 💌

IPL is one of those treatments that’s talked about a lot, but rarely explained properly.

I see so many patients either expecting it to do everything, or dismissing it because they’re not sure what it actually does.

The truth is, when it’s used for the right concerns and as part of a considered plan, it can make a real difference to how your skin looks and behaves. Clearer tone, less redness, better overall quality, not in an obvious way, but in a way that just makes your skin look healthier.

If you’ve been curious about IPL but want to understand whether it’s actually right for your skin, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and we’ll talk it through properly 💌

We did it… our first Snowdon hike ⛰️✨

The views were breathtaking! So proud to say we’ve completed our first Snowdon hike… and I already know it won’t be our last 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about doing it… this is your sign. Go for it. You won’t regret it 💫

1. Sunscreen over absolutely every other skin product

I’m annoying about this but for good reason. If you’re exposing yourself to the sun without protection you’re undoing anything your skincare or treatments have achieved

2. Barrier support > exfoliation

Both have their place but if your skin barrier is compromised your skin won’t handle exfoliation well. Make your skin happy THEN ask it to work hard

3. Skincare amplifies treatments

They truly go hand in hand. Combining both leads to faster and better results

4. Skin requires training

You wouldn’t run a marathon without training before, right? Same thing with your skin. It has to be appropriately prepped to respond well to treatments and active ingredients

5. Injectables and skin treatments are different categories

Botox, biostimulators, and filler address structural and anatomical concerns. Lasers, microneedling and peels address skin health. Both are important!

6. Filler should be undetectable

Outside of looking refreshed, no one should know you’ve had filler. Less is always more

7. Skin requires individualised planning

Your treatment and skincare plans should be customised and tailored to YOUR skin’s needs. Not your best friends or fav influencers or sister - yours!

Do you agree?

There’s a certain type of patient we see more and more now, you don’t want to look different, you don’t want obvious volume, and you’re definitely not chasing trends.

You just want your face to feel a bit more supported, a bit fresher, like things are sitting where they used to.

That’s exactly where this treatment comes in, and honestly, it doesn’t get talked about enough.

If you’re looking for something subtle, intelligent and genuinely supportive rather than obvious or overdone, keep reading 👉🏼

If you’re curious whether this approach would suit you, tap the link in bio to book a consultation and we can talk through what’s right for your face and your long-term plan 💌
