🌟 Sharing my journey! 🌟 Four months post-hip arthroscopy and labral repair, and I’m feeling stronger than ever! 💪 Prehab was key—uncomfortable but achievable. Despite the pain during running and cycling, I stayed committed to strength work. The first month post-op wasn’t easy, but sticking to my rehab plan paid off. Now, I’m running pain-free and hitting personal bests with 1.5x bodyweight squats and 2x bodyweight deadlifts! 🏋️♂️ Next challenge? Increasing running mileage and getting back on the bike! 🚴♂️
