Following two sold out seminars already this year, we are now looking forward to the next one (and our first guest speaker).
GLP-1 medications aren’t going away and as coaches, we believe it’s our professional responsibility to understand them properly.
That’s why we’re hosting a GP-led educational seminar, in collaboration with .doctor, to explore:
→ Who GLP-1 medications may help
→ How they work
→ Potential benefits, limitations, risks and considerations
→ What they mean for training, health, and long-term outcomes

What a great time we had yesterday morning for our Bodyweight Basics seminar.

With great pleasure, we welcome Sharon to the Fortified team as our in-house Chiropractor.
For many in the Fortified community, Sharon is no stranger. She’s my (Rich’s) wife!
For 13 years now, Sharon and I have used our complementary skillsets, referring clients back and forth whenever it could help them progress.
Now we’re in a season of family life where it makes the most sense to bring Sharon directly into Fortified.
Members will have access to book treatments with Sharon at the gym, but that’s not all…
Sharon will also be working directly with our coaching team to ensure seamless integration for our members - from treatment (getting out of pain) to training sessions (enhancing performance).
We’re incredibly excited to see Sharon’s impact on the Fortified community throughout 2026.

Yesterday, we welcomed 40 members and guests to our first seminar of the year.
We covered practical, high-impact strategies for creating real behaviour change, delivered in an interactive format so everyone left with a clear, actionable game plan.
Thanks to everyone who joined us, we’re looking forward to sharing more experiences like this with you throughout 2026! 💪
