It’s been a huge week of PB’s galore at Fortified HQ.
It’s why we’re so confident in being able to deliver life-changing results for members, over and over again…
This week’s peaking phase has highlighted that our members have increased their squat strength by an average of 30% and their overhead strength by an average of 20% in just 12 weeks.
That’s not a highlight reel. That’s the raw average across 220+ people actively training with us.
Yes, there are some jaw-dropping individual moments… including people hitting 130kg+ squats this week. But what we’re most proud of is what’s happening across the board. Busy people with real lives and consistent progress.
This is what happens when the coaching is right, the program is built with purpose, and the environment makes showing up feel worth it.
