7 weeks ago I needed to make a change. I wasn’t ‘doing plan’ most of the time - if I’m honest with myself, I’d slipped back into awful habits. That day we booked a Disney cruise. That day I took back control. 7 weeks later I am 1st 2lbs down and so close to being back in target for the first time in over a year.

Hi 👋

I know I’ve been quiet on here the past few months, as most of you will know I was pregnant and had severe sickness and then heartbreakingly we lost our baby at 16 weeks 💔

Time is a healer and I know we will be okay!

I’ll be back in group next Thursday (7th September) and ready to help you to your dream weight ❤️

Everyone who comes to groups in September will receive a slimming world goody bag absolutely free!!

So if you’ve been taking a break, wanting to join as you’ve never tried Slimming World before or you’ve stuck with me for the last 4 months, not only will you be getting a consultant who cares deeply and a group of the friendliest members, come on down and get your goody bag too!!

The BIG Slimming World Clothes Throw 2023!

How amazing that in my Buckley Slimming World groups so far we have collected 40 bags full of clothes to donate to Cancer Research!

Each bag will raise on average £25 for Cancer Research UK!

That’s £1000 just from these bags!
