Bradley's Practice - Buckley and Mold We are a GP practice based over two sites in Buckley Medical Centre and Glanrafon Medical Centre in Mold. This page is not manned 24/7.

The standards are:
• People receive a prompt response to their contact with a GP practice via telephone.
• Practices have the appropriate telephony systems in place to support the needs of people avoiding the need to call back multiple times and will check that they are handling calls in this way.
• People receive bilingual information on local and emergency services when contacting a practice.
• People are able to access information on how to get help and advice.
• People receive the right care at the right time in a joined up way which is based on their needs.
• People can use a range of options to contact their GP practice.
• People are able to email a practice to request a non-urgent consultation or a call back.
• Practices understand the needs of people within their practice and use this information to anticipate the demand on its services. Dyma'r Safonau:

If you require assistance from 1pm until 5pm please call 0300 0844 000.

After 6.30pm please call 111 for out of hours. If you have a life threatening emergency then please dial 999.

Our e-consult system will also be switched off and will reopen from 7.30am Thursday 18th September 2025

Hi all,

Flu and COVID clinics

If you have not received your text message yet inviting you to book for your flu vaccination please do not worry. We are in the process of still contacting patients.

You can also book by emailing -
flu.W00076@wales.nhs.uk

We will also book you at either reception site, just speak to a receptionist next time you are in the surgery.

If eligible to receive your COVID vaccination this will be offered to you at the same time, however if you wish to receive your COVID separately please advise us on your email or when you attend for your appointment and we can arrange this to be given at a separate date.

Due to staff illness we are short of clinicians and will only be triaging emergencies this afternoon. If you feel your condition can wait until next week please send an econsult from Monday 7.30am. During the weekend Out of hours is 111 or access the common ailments scheme at your local chemist. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Today our staff will be receiving training for Electronic Prescribing . From the end of today we go live. We will try to maintain as normal a service as possible however we apologise if we experience any issues.

We are now taking patient bookings for our flu and COVID vaccination clinics.

Patients will shortly receive a text message inviting them to book, we will then provide an appointment.

Patients are also welcome to book with a member of our reception team at either site.

Vaccination clinics will be held in October.

We have been informed that some telephone providers are experiencing problems with their network. This is affecting Bradleys. Unless your call is urgent for today please call tomorrow as we are unable to return calls or call you to book you in for an appointment after you have completed your e-consult.
