Bradley's Practice - Buckley and Mold We are a GP practice based over two sites in Buckley Medical Centre and Glanrafon Medical Centre in Mold. This page is not manned 24/7.

The standards are:
• People receive a prompt response to their contact with a GP practice via telephone.
• Practices have the appropriate telephony systems in place to support the needs of people avoiding the need to call back multiple times and will check that they are handling calls in this way.
• People receive bilingual information on local and emergency services when contacting a practice.
• People are able to access information on how to get help and advice.
• People receive the right care at the right time in a joined up way which is based on their needs.
• People can use a range of options to contact their GP practice.
• People are able to email a practice to request a non-urgent consultation or a call back.
• Practices understand the needs of people within their practice and use this information to anticipate the demand on its services. Dyma'r Safonau:

A reminder for our patients.
We are pleased to announce that you no longer need to complete an eConsult for every appointment. Please visit our website and visit our appointments page. We use a system called Zymego which asks some basic questions and if appropriate you will be able to book an appointment immediately and online. If we need further information before we can offer you an appointment then you will be asked to complete an eConsult.
We are proud of this system and we hope to see it benefit our patients. We welcome any feedback on it.

Important Information:

Thursday 12th March 2026 we will be closed at both of our sites from 1pm for training.

If you require assistance from 1pm until 5pm please call 0300 0844 000.

After 6.30pm please call 111 for out of hours service. If you have a life threatening emergency then please dial 999.

Please note our e-consult system will also be closed during this time .

Recently we announced that for some conditions you could follow a link on our website to book a nurse appointment without completion of an e-consult form.

Trials have been very successful and we are about to take the next exciting step with Zymego.

We have been working very hard behind the scenes and very soon you may not need to complete an e-consult (for some conditions) to book a GP appointment either.

From March if you pop on our website and follow the Zymego links you will be guided appropriately.

You may have seen our Zymego leaflets recently while attending the practice.

Zymego is our new appointment booking system and we are thrilled to be working with Zymego to make it easier for patients to book, reschedule and cancel appointments.

For those appointments that still require further information once you have submitted an e-consult you will receive a link to your mobile phone. From there you will then be able to select the date, time, site and in certain circumstances the clinician of your choice to make your appointment.

You will receive reminders of your appointment and you will be able to manage your booking. Meaning, if you wish to cancel your appointment and reschedule you may be offered the option to do so depending on the type of appointment link you have been sent.

(Please note, some appointment types only become available from 8am every morning so in the event of rescheduling with a GP, it is worth keeping this in mind). There may also be restrictions set for patients safety.

You will also be invited to receive an earlier appointment if a cancellation is made and if you select this option, as soon as a suitable appointment becomes available, you will automatically be notified. If you try to book but the appointment has become unavailable you will receive a message or depending on your phone type...it may not allow the booking.

We anticipate that with patients using the booking system the volume of calls into the practice will start to reduce, enabling patients who are not comfortable with using technology to get through to our team quicker.

We ask if you have recently changed any of your contact details you inform the practice.

If you experience any issues with using Zymego please contact us and we will help.

Good morning.

It's quite treacherous under foot. If you have to venture out please do take care.

Although main roads have been gritted, side roads and pavements may not have been.

If you are attending the practice please do leave for your appointment in good time, and if you do not feel it is safe enough to attend, please call the practice and let us know.

We are now seeing what is probably the worst flu season in quite a while. If you are eligible but have not yet had your flu vaccination please contact the practice to book in. While you are having your vaccine we will also check if you are eligible for your COVID vaccination too. Appointments are available at both sites.

Further to the recent post below, we are excited to inform you that as of today in certain circumstances, you may not need to complete an e-consult to book a nurse appointment. If you pop on our website and follow the Zymego links you will be guided appropriately.

Hi all,

This year we have chosen to support the charity Home Start Flintshire, and have begun our collection for christmas chocolates and selection boxes at both our surgeries in Mold and Buckley.

Donations will be collected by the charity on Tuesday 9th December and passed to local children of various ages within the community.

Last year we had an excellent response and are asking for your help again if you are in a position to do so, for any donations to assist.
