🌟MEMBER SPOTLIGHT🌟
One of my amazing members who wanted to share her story with everyone. So these are her words

Hi my name is Sally I am on my weight loss journey with Tracey .
I’m a mum of 7 and never realised how much emotionally, mentally and physically I had lost my self .

I have walked through Slimming World door a few times at my heaviest I was 16stone 13 pounds but never stuck it out . In total I have lost 4st 8lb!

I decided to walk through the door New Year’s Eve last year after then I had been I found out I was pregnant . And in my head said there was it there was no point me sticking to it . I very sadly miscarried

I turned 40 in January and I really wanted to start living again . So I did I took the plunge 25th of February I walked back through the door into Tracey’s group and I haven’t looked back.

Slimming world has changed my life, not only do I have more energy feel amazing and more confident than I ever have, I’m eating foods that I would have just walk past in the supermarket. I have changed my whole life . and I would never want to go back.

Tracey is an amazing consultant, she is not just a Consultant , she is a friend. Only a few days ago I found myself FaceTiming her just to show her an outfit I have bought for a special occasion because I just needed to show her and say, look without you I would never of got here .

I go to the 9am group on a Tuesday morning and have gained friends from that session! The support I get from all of them is amazing. They’ve shown me that on my weigh loss journey I don’t have to be on my own .

They say life begins at 40 and for me it really has . I used to live off junk food and caffeine ( Energy drinks ) now I run off all the good stuff and water . Never forget no challenge is unreachable and every dream and goal is reachable . Believe in yourself the support in Slimming World is not just at group it’s all the time 💖💖
