There is now only one weekend left before Christmas! Did you know that the names of Santa's reindeer were first mentioned in a poem, The Night Before Christmas, published in 1823? For days thirteen and fourteen of advent we have those very reindeer... but can you name them all?! Fun fact: it is female reindeer, not male reindeer who keep their antlers during winter. We are located in the tranquil village of Buckley, near Mold in Flintshire. A stone’s throw from necessary amenities and glorious countryside we have the best of both worlds at our beautiful care home.

We understand that we will never replace our residents’ homes. However, we are the next best place to be for anyone who needs a little extra assistance or companionship. Our staff members respect our residents’ privacy and dignity, and we encourage everyone to continue their favourite hobbies and activities while they’re with us.
