I’ve been getting my Body Magic in this morning at Flint Castle 🏰

Staying active and food optimising go hand in hand after all! Helping me lose weight and eventually maintain my target!

I’m now in training for the London Marathon (3 months to go 😬)

I’m running this year for Team Anthony Nolan which saves the lives of people with Blood Cancers and Blood disorders - which is very close to my heart as my Mum has had Blood Cancer since 2021 ❤️

I need to reach my fundraising goal of £2000 to be able to run in the London Marathon, so if you can donate, please do 🥰

1lb off today gave me my 2.5 stone award and I’m so happy!

In the past, I may have rewarded myself with a high swip treat (or treats 🙈) but today I’m going to buy myself a new outfit as I’m now in a smaller clothes size too ❤️
