I believe in working with a person’s mind, body, soul, and clearing their energy, as they are all inter-connected for health and happiness.
I’m a certified Kinesiologist who, over the years, has added to my toolkit of techniques.
These include Heartspeak, Energy Healing, Nutrition, CBT, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching, Breathwork and Flower remedies to name a few, I work in a completely holistic way.

I founded Chrysalis Transformation in 2013 to help people with physical or emotional blocks/ pain. For people who are aware something doesn’t feel right but nobody knows why, for people who have tried everything and are a loss and desperate to feel their best again.
Kinesiology changed my life, emotionally, physically and mentally. I just knew I had to learn it in the hope it would change other people’s lives too.
I work with you one to one, in person or online, and help unlock your body’s innate healing ability, using all the techniques I’ve learnt over the years. These amazing techniques help you to release your emotional and physical blocks from your mind, body and energy field.
When we work together, you will have the opportunity to discuss the focus of your sessions and decide which modality best suits your needs at that time.

I created Set Yourself Free to help sensitive people manage and overcome their anxiousness, self limiting beliefs and lack of self worth- why? Because that was me, I’ve been there and I totally get it.
Sometimes it’s difficult to know where those feelings come from, sometimes you know exactly where they came from, but it’s difficult to release them. Either way it can be frustrating, upsetting and annoying.
Anxiousness can get in the way of you enjoying your life fully, to fulfil your purpose, it can prevent you being the wonderful authentic you, YOU who has so much to offer to the world and deserves to be happy.
It can be difficult to explain to others how you feel, that’s if you feel comfortable to even bother to try. I see you. I hear you. I feel you.
I have had wonderful success with this programme, where people have said it’s changed their lives and where bonds are made for life with like-minded people. No-one understands you more than someone who has been there or is currently going through it.
