Please come along and support our lovely small business ladies tomorrow at Pipers Pool Chapel 10.30-3.30. They work so hard throughout the year creating and/or selling their goods and it is all done with love.

I was in Eastbourne yesterday in some of the retail giants … and I have to say I came away feeling under whelmed … and totally stressed !! Not because of the lack of selection .. it was vast . But because it felt so utterly soulless.

A customer recently said to me
“ It is as much about where you do your Christmas shopping as what you buy “

True words .

By shopping in small independents, not only are you keeping the high street alive , you are giving yourself the pleasant and joyful experience of picking out gifts for those you care for .

This shake is made with Forever lite Ultra chocolate shake, blueberries and strawberries, yet with the addition of spinach is still green, guess that's why spinach is known as a supergreen, lol! It does sound rather delicious though and definitely one to try 😋

Tomorrow is my first market of the year and I've decided to go the full shebang and am taking my Forever products, my fabric creations and some Marie Curie merch. Let's hope we get some buyers!!
