I love moving in the Studio at this time of year. When the sun tracks round casting shadows and the sumac trees bends in the breeze. It allows me time to settle and listen to emerging sensations, movements, images and the rhythm of my breath.

I am excited to be offering one-to-one Somatic Therapy from The Practice Rooms in Exeter. This gentle body focused therapy is supportive if you are experiencing:

I often feel out on a limb in Bude, being so far west. This spring I was delighted to offer my first 5 day 121 Somatic Expressive Arts residency at the Sumac Studio. A chance to really deepen into the creative and therapeutic process over consecutive days. Thanks to Lory Povah for this wonderful reflection of our work together, and to Arts Council England for enabling her (and therefore me!) to facilitate this happening!
