Let's talk feet 👣 very few people ❤️ them & are shy about exposing them 😳 they are the furthest point away from reach, this making it tricky to ensure they are maintained and looked after. Many of us spend our working week on them 🙌 our poor feet enduring all different terrains 👣 sweaty trainers 👟 Steel toe cap boots 🥾 wellies 👢high heels 👠 and the flip flops 🩴 I have supported people with painful Corns, hard skin, the dreaded Verrucas and trimming un reachable toe nails and much more.

I am accepting new clients 👣👣 I have evening appointments for anyone who needs to fit around work 👣👣 My treatment room is in the Flexbury area of Bude and if travelling to me is not an option I also offer home visits 🚗🏡
I am a Foot Health Practitioner and I offer advice and treatment for the following ;

Let me introduce myself properly my name is Cathryn, although I'm mainly called Kate 🥰 I grew up in Surrey then lived in South London for 10 years before moving to beautiful Bude 20 years ago ❤️ I couldn't be happier here 🫶 I have always loved holistic therapies but reflexology is my absolute favourite so I decided to train. I got taught at The Devon School of Reflexology 7 years ago and then Retreat For Feet was born 👣👣 I noticed that lots of people were shy about showing their feet & it was a natural response for me to put them at ease so I trained as a Foot Health Practitioner 2.5 years ago and have not looked back. Providing foot care deals with the any conditions on the feet like Corns, hard skin / callous, nail trimming, athletes foot, Verrucas and lots more and the reflexology helps for my client to feel rebalanced physically and emotionally 💕 what an amazing combination 👣👣
