At 60, nearly 15 stone, facing type 2 diabetes risk, post-menopause, and grieving, Brenda leaned on cheese, chocolate, and chardonnay to cope.

RESET your MINDSET

No matter what went down at the weekend...tomorrow is a new day

Fear of being a failure can flood your mind and it can feel overwhelming.

If you experience weight going in the wrong direction, it is essential to reflect on where you are at and what you need to work on.

For example, do you need to:

- Stop the mindless grazing
- Increase your exercise (even just a 10 min walk a day is a great place to start)
- Improve your hydration (working towards minimum of 2.25 litres of water a day)
- Increase your Step 2 protein or products while on plan to help combat hunger
- keep well away from sugar (the plan is sweet enough!), and *carbs which your body turns to fat!

Get back on track and refocused on smashing your goals.

Weight loss is not a physical issue it’s a mental one, as we’re all capable of losing weight if we need to.

What’s something you once believed in but stopped believing because of fear? I think we’ve all been there. If you’re not careful, you’ll always stay there.
