The food we eat is the most important factor that influences our lives, in this difficult time we live in it is so beneficial to eat healthily, and yes I know money and time is tight, but it doesn't have to be expensive to eat healthy. The health of our gut is directly connected to the health of our brain, studies have proven eating a whole diet changes mood and temperament. Perhaps the old ways of eating are the best, seasonal, home made, and maybe homegrown. Processed food is not only making humans ill but also the planet, and it is making people reliant on them as we forget the basics of cooking. Home economics in schools is a thing of the past, generations of families have not learnt the art of home cooking, basically we are becoming too reliant on junk food. For the sake of your health, perhaps your children and grandchildren's health take a course, read a book learn to cook.
