Sarah Miller Soft Tissue Therapy & Pilates I have BTEC level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial massage, gained at the London School of Sports Massage 2011.

I trained as a general nurse in1992 and spent 18 happy years in nursing specialising in Intensive Care, Cardiac and latterly practice nursing. After having my children I felt a different career was needed and re-trained in Soft Tissue Therapy. As part of my continuing professional development I am required to do 5 study days a year. I have done further studies in functional movement, kinesiology taping, myofascial release, anatomy trains, connective tissue manipulation and intensive shoulder work. I believe our bodies are a product of behaviour and enjoy working with clients to over-come their challenges and problems.

Everything we teach at Move. Studio is based around the principles of Pilates and mindful movement, therefore, we are thrilled to be offering a New Yoga Class on our Autumn/ Winter group class Schedule.
