What better way to celebrate Grit and Grace Fitness’ 1st Birthday than to raise funds for a Community Defibrillator!

I’m sure you all know by now that Estelle and Lottie love a birthday burpee challenge, but now it’s your turn to take revenge - for this fundraiser, YOU are in control of the reps and you’ll be helping us raise funds for a vital piece of kit too…

More than 40,000 cardiac arrests happen in the UK outside of hospitals, and survival rates are less than 1 in 10. But using an AED within 3 to 5 minutes of a cardiac arrest can mean survival rates are as high as 50-70%.

On the 25th April, at 11.30am we will be running our BIG BURPEE FUNDRAISER - Every £1 donated = 1 burpee your coaches have to do. The more money we raise the more burpees Lottie and Estelle will do and the faster we can get a Defib for the Gym and surrounding businesses in Riverview Commercial Centre.

Our goal is to raise enough money to install an AED right outside our gym in a publicly accessible cabinet so anyone in the area has access to this potentially life-saving device. Please help us by donating what you can to this important cause.

Plus, come along on the day and support us, pop a few extra £££’s into the coaches’ pot and watch us suffer through all those burpees!!

We will be putting on a BBQ and a raffle with some amazing prizes donated by our friends and local businesses so bring a bit of cash on the day too.
