1. Don’t sit on the floor to wrap those Christmas presents. Use a higher surface such as a tall bench, kitchen counter or ironing board. I like to use my chiropractic treatment bench 🦴
2.Don’t over stretch when decorating or un******ng your Christmas tree. Use a step ladder or box 🌲
3. Take care when changing beds at Christmas. Make sure you plump pillows regularly and give yourself 10 minutes to get used to the bed or mattress that you are sleeping on 🛏️

These are the three most common reasons people hurt their backs over Christmas
