⭐️ THE FACE BEHIND SE SPORTS THERAPY ⭐️

Hi! I’m Sophie Wronowski, the face behind SE Sports Therapy. I’ve been running the clinic for the past 8 years in Bude, Cornwall. I qualified with an Honours degree in Sports Therapy at University of St Mark and St John Marjon in 2016.

I’ve always been really interested in how the body works—how it moves, heals, and deals with injuries. I love all things sport, especially running and hockey, and that’s a big part of why I do what I do.

My goal at SE Sports Therapy is simple: to help you recover from injuries and keep you doing what you love—pain-free and feeling strong.

Outside of work, life is full on with my 5 month old baby boy and my bouncy 4 year old Labrador they definitely keep me busy! 🐶👶

If you’re injured or just want to stay active and healthy, I’m here to help.

‼️ UPDATE ‼️

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share an update regarding my return to work.

I've truly cherished my maternity leave and the precious time spent with Logan—I can’t believe he’s already three months old!

After much consideration, I’ve decided to return to work on Monday, 3rd March. To start, I’ll be working two days a week—Mondays and Thursdays.

I’ll be reaching out this week to arrange appointments, and I’m really looking forward to catching up with you all soon.

See you soon!

Thank you,
Sophie 🥰

‼️ Client Update ‼️
Hello everyone, and Happy New Year!

I wanted to share a little update with you all, as I know some of you might be wondering about my return to work and how we’re doing.

First and foremost, we had our beautiful little boy, Logan, who arrived on November 20th. It’s hard to believe he’s already 7 weeks old! He’s thriving, and we’re absolutely cherishing this precious time together as a family.

Regarding my return to work:
Before starting my maternity leave, my initial plan was to return in February after three months. However, I’ve decided to take a little more time off. My recovery from birth has been more challenging than anticipated, both physically and mentally, and I want to ensure I’m fully ready to give my best when I come back.

I hope you can understand my decision, and I truly appreciate your support. I’m so looking forward to seeing everyone again, but I’m not quite there yet.

My new planned return is March .

I’ll be in touch soon with those who’ve asked to be contacted, but if anyone else would like to be added to my contact list, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding—it means so much.

Sophie 🥰

Starting next week (week commencing September 16th), I will be reducing my working hours to ensure I continue providing the best service possible. Please see the updated working hours at the bottom of this post.

This means I have about 7 weeks left before I begin my maternity leave. 👶🥰

I want to personally thank all of you for your continued support and understanding. I'll keep everyone updated as the weeks go by.

Do you have a regular massages?

There are many beneficial reasons why you should have a regular massage.
Some of those benefits are:

Relieves headaches
Improves flexibility
Boosts energy
Increases circulation
More importantly prevents injury.

So if you either go to the gym often, train for an event such as running, triathlon, rowing, or just enjoy the coastal walks then why not add a sports massage into your routine.

It is often recommended to have a regular massage between every 6-8 weeks to maintain and prevent injury flare ups.
So if you think you would benefit one then get in touch.
