Hi to all my wonderful clients, I hope 2026 we be filled joy, kindness and gratitude.

As many of you know, I have had a few issues with me health. I am now so thankful to be undergoing a new biological treatment for my atopic eczema and asthma. I hope to be back offering holistic therapies in early February whist I adjust to the treatment and give myself the best chance of success.

Prior to my journey as a therapist and yoga teacher I worked for 25 years in the oil and gas industry as a Commercial Director and I travelled the world. I hope that my journey through life's many transitions, and my life changing epiphany, can help you with your challenges, life direction, realisation and focus.

I am also excited to announce a new therapy as an advanced yoga teacher, I will be offering bespoke yoga nidra relaxation sessions, and custom meditation. All of which will include shiatsu massage preformed clothed, and hands on yoga techniques to aid relaxation.

To all my wonderful clients. I am currently taking a short break from aromatherapy and massage therapy due a severe allergic response. I will be offering my wonderful healing therapies, holistic counselling sessions and reflexology treatments. And of course beach yoga! https://thecalmerme.com

I’m now undergoing specialist treatment, and then testing to hopefully find the cause. I hope to get back to regular holistic massage and then reintroducing aromatherapy slowly once I’ve returned to full health.
