Hi to all my wonderful clients, I hope 2026 we be filled joy, kindness and gratitude.

As many of you know, I have had a few issues with me health. I am now so thankful to be undergoing a new biological treatment for my atopic eczema and asthma. I hope to be back offering holistic therapies in early February whist I adjust to the treatment and give myself the best chance of success.

Prior to my journey as a therapist and yoga teacher I worked for 25 years in the oil and gas industry as a Commercial Director and I travelled the world. I hope that my journey through life's many transitions, and my life changing epiphany, can help you with your challenges, life direction, realisation and focus.

I am also excited to announce a new therapy as an advanced yoga teacher, I will be offering bespoke yoga nidra relaxation sessions, and custom meditation. All of which will include shiatsu massage preformed clothed, and hands on yoga techniques to aid relaxation.

This week I have received my official diploma in counselling following my college course.
