We’ve had the most magical morning visiting Budleigh Riding Stables for their ‘Cuppa and Cuddle’ event🌈

Our residents were delighted to get up close and personal with Rupert, Hilda and Peanut. It’s been wonderful to see everyone connecting with these beautiful horses offering gentle strokes, brushes and plenty of love!🪮🐎
The horses brought such a sense of serenity to the morning, their calm nature was truly infectious!🧘‍♂️
Our time at the stables concluded with a nice hot cuppa overlooking the paddock which was the perfect ending to a fabulous morning☕️

Today’s visit was especially meaningful for Barbara who once ran her own riding school and for Mike who had many stories to share of his riding days!💕

Thank you to Matt from Driving Miss Daisy Exmouth for supporting our residents with transport, very helpful as always!🚙

The fabulous Debbie from SEACHANGE has visited us this afternoon, who has brought along her incredible interactive sensory projector for our residents to enjoy!🗺️

Everyone had a wonderful time exploring the vibrant light-projected landscapes which sparked lots of great conversation and reminiscence amongst the group🌅
The interactive quiz proved to be a great hit too!❓

It’s been heartwarming to see such a high level of active engagement this afternoon all thanks to this wonderful piece of technology!💕
