Love a Facebook reminder ❤️ 11 years ago today I brought this little fella to my homeland of Devon for a little holiday. Little did I know then that our lives would soon be turned upside down and we would end up moving to Budleigh Salterton! Thinking about the journey of Motherhood and the lovely new clients I have seen over the last two weeks with newborns I am always amazed at the resilience of women. We show up every day as Mothers - we do it bone tired, we do it sick, we do it broken at times with life’s challenges that get thrown at us but regardless we keep going 💪 There is nothing more powerful than a Mothers love 🦁 but we need to be looked after too. We need care, support and understanding and Iove from those around us to help get us through whether this is from a partner, family or our mum village of friends. To be at our best our cups need to be full ☕️ so we have the capacity to be the best mums we can be. To those reading this that may be having a hard time - remember this too shall pass and it is ok to ask for help when you need it. If there are any mums needing some TLC please drop me a message and let’s get you on the warm massage table and help you to feel better ❤️‍🩹 🙏 We have some appointments available next week so please drop me a message x

On Thursday 30th October I will be holding a Facial Masterclass for a small group of 4 to learn the ritual of the Facial. This will be a two hour Masterclass from 6-8pm in the art of cleansing , exfoliation, massage of the shoulders, neck and face and the use of masks and moisturising for hydration.

With over 15 years of facial experience and having trained in all the major beauty brands, let me teach you how to care for your facial skin to keep you hydrated, relaxed and glowing 🌟 no matter what your age.

This will be a two hour class where you will learn a routine that can be used at home , you will be able and encouraged to take notes and receive a lovely Facial goody bag to take home too 💼 . The exchange will be £75 per person. The evening will also include a seated chair massage for each individual to begin the ritual journey.

It’s Friday and the end of another week. I’ve just had a beautiful session with a client and now I get to sit on the beach in the ☀️ and enjoy a lovely coffee and cheeky doughnut from .uk . Fridays have never felt better ❤️ . Lots of you moving through changes at the moment and trying to find your way back home and centre. I sometimes get asked why I called the business ‘Magic Touch’. Then I am given another little reminder from the Universe 💫 👩 This lovely lady came to see me recently for The Natural Facelift. An hour and 15 minutes is all it takes to achieve this result. Real clients and real results. No fancy machines, no hideously expensive products and no hard aftersell. These results are achieved by understanding how to massage the face, neck, décolleté and shoulders. I just love ❤️ how fresh and lifted all my clients look after treatment.
