🤩 Meet My Members 🤩

This is Shirley Stickler and she joined my 5.30pm session at the end of May 2025. Shirley had little confidence in her ability to lose the weight! But I believed in her and she has gone on to lose 1st 7lbs! Shirley is a delight to have in group and I love seeing her achieve what she didn’t think was possible! ❤️ You are amazing Shirley and I am so glad you walked through our doors! I can’t wait to award you with your Target in 2026! 🎉

This is what Shirley has to say about her Slimming World Journey.

I knew the weight was creeping on again and having turned 70 in March I was thinking about joining a group again. We went to Malaysia in April and where we were staying had a full length mirror by the bathroom door. The first glimpse of myself was horrifying. I screamed at my Husband 'Why did you let me get so obese?' He did the sensible thing and kept his head down!
When I returned home I was determined to find a group and joined the 'Thursday Slimming World Club'. Anna, our consultant told me at my introduction talk that I would lose the weight and that she would help me. I thought 'in your dreams'. Here I am today 1 and a half stone lighter and feeling better about myself than I have in a long time. 1 stone till I get to target and I'm looking forward to the New Year and working to lose that stone. I am determined to get to target in 2026. Walking though that door changed my life, It's not just a dream, now it is a reality.
