Hey beautiful mummas,
I’ve been a bit quiet lately as I’ve been busy with some big changes in my life. Namely moving into our dream house, helping my husband with our family business and pouring my energy into raising our four beautiful children all while doing my best to care for my self and balance family and work life. While I’ve been busy doing all of this my passion for women’s health and South West Mother’s Circle hasn’t gone away it’s just gotten stronger. I constantly plan and think of ways that I will continue delivering this much needed service in a way that makes my heart full.
So please keep following and look out for my announcement for my first new Mothers Circle in my brand new venue ✨

This is just beautiful. Babies choose their timing so wisely.. there’s always a reason 🧡

“This mama labored beautifully all through the night, yet was a little frustrated with her progress. Why is it taking so long? What can I do to speed this up? The age old questions. But then the sun rose, and big sister rose with it. She awoke to her mom laboring in the tub, squealed, and quickly ran back to her room to get her bathing suit on. She got in the tub and within minutes it was time, and the answer was clear. It didn’t take too long, the timing was perfect. These sisters were just waiting for each other. And a few minutes later baby girl was born right into her big sisters hands (with a little help from dad 😉)”
