InBalance Iona Relaxing and therapeutic massage treatments on the isle of Iona. Sandra Fox is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council for massage.

She is also a Body Control Pilates teacher, offering group matwork classes and private tuition. All treatments are carried out in compliance with Government and industry Covid-19 guidance. Client and therapist are required to wear face coverings for the duration of the treatment.

He's one of the cheeriest & most helpful bus drivers you could wish for and is much loved by the local communities of Mull & Iona. He's running 10k a day, every day through January to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK. If you remember Andrew - and maybe even if you don't - please consider a donation to support his efforts and help him smash his fundraising target 🏃‍♂️🏃
