I'm definitely meeting more women who are talking openly about their experiences of the peri-menopause and menopause. Some women choose HRT with regular Reflexology treatments and others prefer to just have Reflexology to help with their symptoms.
I feel very blessed to be in a position where I can offer a specific Reflexology treatment to women.
