Inflammation in the body can show up in many different ways — fatigue, bloating, headaches, skin flare-ups, joint discomfort, brain fog, low mood and more. Often, we don’t immediately connect these symptoms to the foods we eat, especially when those foods are generally considered “healthy.”
What works well for one person may not work well for another. Even nutritious foods can sometimes create stress within the body on an energetic level, contributing to imbalance and ongoing symptoms.
Using kinesiology, I work with clients to identify foods that may be triggering inflammation or creating disharmony within the body. Through gentle muscle testing, we explore which foods may be beneficial to remove short term, allowing the body space to reset and rebalance.
Once these foods are reduced or removed, we assess any changes in symptoms, energy, digestion, mood, sleep, and overall wellbeing. This process helps clients become more aware of how their body responds individually, rather than relying solely on generic dietary advice.
The aim is not restriction or fear around food, but greater understanding, balance, and support for the body’s natural healing processes.
