What is your ? I talk about mine a lot with clients which has left me like this photo more times than I can count. In a Kinesiology treatment we can find your kryptonite and your sunlight. What weakens or strengthens you may be nutritional, energetical, environmental amongst many other things. The power of kinesiology to find which if not all the above are going to be effecting you negatively or balancing you positively is truly a blessing! 📸

Private work is very limited at the moment but I do hold space for ad hoc lessons each week. This time, the lovely Charlotte stepped out of Zoom to do an in person on the Reformer. Being strong and sporty, she gets a different feel from using the machine.
If we can’t get you on the machine, there is plenty of room on Zoom. Tuesday mornings at 9:15am (intermediate level) and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm (advanced level) UK time. DM me for details.

And we have lift off!!! Still bedding in, but so happy to announce the new clinic/studio went into action yesterday. I treated some lovely souls for the first time in there and today we are on the reformer by Thank you to for creating this amazing space for me and the Ocean Wellness community ❤️

As a Kinesiologist I see lots of clients that have problems with their skin. The skin is communicating that something bigger is going on inside. It also can take some time to work through this and get results but we do get them by balancing many of the systems, and working through emotions. Did you know that stress is one of the biggest triggers that will lead to our skin developing a problem?
