📣 Anyone who is need of an appointment soon, particularly for horses, please get those in asap. Other than the odd gap there is roughly a 4 week wait for an appointment at the moment, especially if you need particular days / times.

Sorry to disappoint as I've had a lot of requests, but I'm still not taking on any new equine or canine patients, or any human new patients in the Frolesworth clinic.

The Birmingham clinic human appointments can be made online at www.cnwb.co.uk but there is also a lengthy wait for a new patient appointment except for the odd gap 🫣

Thank you for your continued support (especially after last week with my truck, saddles and work equipment being stolen!) ❤️

Just a reminder that I dont have a work phone for a few days due to my truck being stolen with my phone in it, if you need me until my new sim card comes please message on here.

Sometimes I feel totally dismayed at the horse world, but I'm so glad to work with owners who try so hard for their horses, go above and beyond and are truly passionate about making the horse world a better place ❤️

We are so lucky to have these incredible horses in our lives and I for one was someone who dreamed of owning my own horse when I was a child, I used to circle the Horse and Hound ads and mark off things in the Robinsons catalogue for my non existent pony (yes I'm showing my age now 👵🏻). I may have gone overboard with the horse addiction now but we wont discuss that 😬

So here's to the owners who love their horses because they're a partner in crime, not because they're just a tool for a job 👏🏻❤️

💰Just letting you know that prices will be staying the same for 2026 💰

There are some people with fees outstanding from as far back as August, please can these be paid ASAP.

Unfortunately no further appointments will be made if fees are outstanding from previous appointments (unless by prior agreement, if you are struggling please talk to me). I'm currently drowning in vets bills of my own and having to chase payments is a bit soul destroying at times.

I'm generally still unable to take new clients on except human ones in the Birmingham clinic.

Let's hope 2026 brings us all some good fortune 🤞🏻

This year has been tough for so many and I hope for a better 2026 for all ✨️

Practising what I preach last night at Hannah Irons Equestrian - Rider Biomechanics & Fitness circuit training 🏋‍♀️💪🏻

I get adjusted regularly by Tomma and Ann (did you know Tomma has treated me since I was 11! Which feels like much longer even though I'm obvs only 21 👀🤥), and I'm doing the strengthening work with Hannah to make my musculoskeletal system as strong and balanced as possible. Hopefully Ginnie will see my hard work is paying off when we are back having lessons after Bumble's holiday 🤞🏻

Despite being bullied viciously by Helen to do heavier weights 💀 these groups are a great laugh with great people and Hannah is fab! Even if she did make my eyebrows sweat 🥵

⛺️ October 16th - 19th as Bumble is off to camp at Somerford 🏇
🎄 Over Christmas my last day will be the 23rd Dec and I'll be back on 2nd Jan

🌟 Before and after 🌟
I'm not a huge fan of before and after photos as there are so many variants, but I was glad I captured this in clinic today.
👕 The lines of the t-shirt and the way the fabric hangs, shows the change in tension and restriction in the space of about 20 minutes.
🦴 The tension in the shoulders, the rounding through the thoracics, the tilt and rotation of the pelvis... all improved! And with it, the back pain this patient had in their low back and the ribs on their right side, had gone 🙌🏻

Our new bit of kit arrived today, its having its first spin giving some PEMF to Dash 🐎💨
