n. I started my diploma whilst nursing my Nanna from home and I can honestly say I have never looked back. I love seeing how reflexology can have a positive impact on both a person's physical and mental health. Moving forward & creating CHReflexology Naturally Parenting. I always had a dream to support parents through there pregnancy and raising their children. Having two children myself & struggling with post natual depression I wanted to offer support to all new parents. CHReflexology Naturally Parenting is a nurturing & non judgemental space, offering a number of courses supporting community, well-being & teaching you to do things your way! You can laugh & cry here, you can be a loving parent whilst not feeling the pressure to enjoy & love every moment. I understand every pregnancy journey is unique. I am not here to tell you what to do, I am here to guide you with my knowledge & most importantly give you the confidence to do things YOUR WAY!
