Successful Food Collection Delivery to Witney Foodbank!
Today, we had the immense pleasure of delivering our food collection to the incredible Witney Foodbank. They were truly so thankful for all of your kindness and generosity—it really makes a huge difference!
They were kind enough to give us a tour, showing us around their whole setup and explaining exactly how the foodbank operates. What a fantastic job the whole team does there, and it's all done by dedicated volunteers! It was eye-opening to see their commitment to helping our community.
We also took the opportunity to hand them some Turn2us leaflets and explain the valuable work they do. Hopefully, this information on accessing support and benefits will be able to help some of the individuals and families who rely on the foodbank.
A Little Afternoon Fun!
To round off the day, we played an 'orange' themed game of 'Hook the Pumpkin' this afternoon. It sounds simple, but let me tell you, it was NOT as easy as it looked! 😂 Even some of the passing staff stopped to have a go and join in the fun!
Everyone who took part enjoyed some lovely 'orange' treats afterward, which went down perfectly with a nice cuppa! ☕
