I can’t believe that I’ve been treating my clients at for 2 years! 🥳🥳🥳 Where did that time go?

Now that I’ve found my groove in 2025, I thought it was a good opportunity to introduce myself. If you are new to following me, then thank you for joining me🥰.

I’m Tracey, and I set up my little business in 2019 following the birth of my 2nd daughter. Prior to this, I spent 20 years gaining huge amounts of massage experience, treating clients in salons, spas and even on flights when I worked as an Inflight Massage Therapist for Virgin Atlantic. I graduated from Chichester College with a Distinction in my HND Beauty Therapy and Alternative Therapies in 1998 and then a First Class Honours Degree in Nutrition and Health in 2003. I have a keen interest in Health and Fitness and enjoy running and yoga in my spare time, althoogh with 3 little girls I don’t get anywhere near as much running done as I’d like (something I hope to improve on this year!)

I offer my clients a wonderfully restorative treatment that can be tailored to meet their individual needs.

I’m available at the salon on Sundays, by appointment only. I look forward fo meeting you soon. Make 2025 the year that allowed you to prioritise self care.

I’m Tracey, the owner of Serenity Massage. I have over 25 years experience as a Massage Therapist and can honestly say I still thoroughly enjoy what I do. I feel extremely lucky to have the opportunity to treat my clients in a beautiful setting at Natalie’s VIP nail club in Burgess Hill, where I work as a Freelance Massage Therapist on Sundays.

I qualified in 1998 at Chichester College with a Distinction in Beauty Therapy, and immediately went on to work in salons, firstly at an award winning salon in Sussex and then in Leeds, whilst I was studying for a BSc Honours Degree in Nutrition and Health. Since then I have spent many years working as an Inflight Massage Therapist for Virgin Atlantic, offering treatments to Upper Class passengers during long haul flights.

In April 2019 I started working as a Freelance Massage Therapist, to give me the freedom to completely spoil my clients and provide quality treatments using the experience I’ve gained over many years.

I feel so fortunate to offer my clients a truly relaxing, professional massage in this gorgeous salon, where I’m available on Sundays.

Whether you choose a back, neck and shoulder or a full body massage, I promise that you will leave the salon feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
