January goals will start to exposes every weakness you’ve let slide if you’re not careful.

Your hamstrings feel tighter than ever. Your lower back starts complaining earlier in sessions. Your shoulders give up halfway through presses or pulls.

New goals + harder training + not enough recovery = stiffness overload.

You’re not broken. You’re not injured. You’re tight and your body is under more demand than it’s been used to.

Pushing harder without addressing it just stacks the problem higher.

Prevention over cure!!

You’ve probably seen me say that a lot, because it’s true. When you look after your body before something goes wrong, you move better, recover faster, and avoid all that downtime when injured that drives people mad.

Your body gives you little warnings. Tightness. Niggles. Fatigue. Don’t wait until it shouts at you.

If you’re serious about staying pain-free and keeping active, that’s when you need to book not when you can’t move.

Why me? Honestly… because I don’t just treat what hurts, I treat you.

Most people come to me thinking the problem is the tight shoulder, the angry hip, the lower back that’s been ruining their sleep. But once we get talking, it’s always deeper.

Stress.
Burnout.
Pushing too hard.
Not resting enough.
Trying to keep up with work, gym, life… and your body eventually says “enough.”

And that’s where I’m different.

I’m not here to dig into tissue without understanding the person behind it. I want to know what your week looks like. What you’ve got coming up ; marathon, Hyrox, busy season at work, or even just trying to survive as a desk worker who hasn’t stretched since 2019. I want to know how you’re sleeping, how you recover, what you’re scared of, what you’re avoiding.

Because when I know you, I know how to help your body.

Some days you need a proper sports massage. Some days you need cups. Some days? You just need someone to slow everything down and help your nervous system breathe again.

That’s the difference. I don’t treat everyone the same. I don’t rush. And I don’t guess.

I care about getting you moving pain-free and keeping you there. Not for a day. Not for a week. Long term.

So if you’re looking for a therapist who actually listens, who explains things simply, who cares about your real world and not just the anatomy chart…that’s why me.

December’s full of extra sitting, work deadlines, long drives, Christmas films, And it all builds up.

By mid-month, most people’s shoulders are up by their ears and their lower backs are screaming.

Here’s a quick check-in:

- Can you fully turn your head without feeling tight?
- Can you sit tall without your lower back tensing up?

If not, your body’s overdue some movement.

Try this:
 - Roll your shoulders 10 times every hour
- Stretch your chest open at a doorway
- Do 30 seconds of cat-cow before bed
- Or just lie flat for a minute and breathe

You’ll be amazed what 5 minutes can do.
