January goals will start to exposes every weakness you’ve let slide if you’re not careful.
Your hamstrings feel tighter than ever. Your lower back starts complaining earlier in sessions. Your shoulders give up halfway through presses or pulls.
New goals + harder training + not enough recovery = stiffness overload.
You’re not broken. You’re not injured. You’re tight and your body is under more demand than it’s been used to.
Pushing harder without addressing it just stacks the problem higher.
A bit of hands-on work now keeps you training through January instead of backing off, modifying everything, or losing momentum.
