Thank you to everyone who shared feedback with us last month.

Number of responses: 272
Percentage of patients likely to recommend the practice: 95.95%

What patients are happy with:
Patients consistently praised the kindness, professionalism and approachability of our reception, nursing and clinical teams. Many told us they felt listened to, supported and cared for.

We also received positive feedback about efficient, responsive care, including timely appointments, quick follow‑up to online requests and clear explanations during consultations.

Where we can do better:
Some patients highlighted a need for improved access to appointments, particularly more face‑to‑face consultations, smoother follow‑up and easier‑to‑use online systems. These are areas we continue to review as part of ongoing service improvements.

All feedback is reviewed carefully and helps inform improvements across the practice.
Thank you for helping us continue to improve our services and the care we provide.
