Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat of over 17 years, yesterday. We are all devastated.

He was the BEST cat EVER and has left a massive hole in our family, the house feels empty without him.

It’s been quite a week here with some gorgeous clients and a cheeky trip to Birmingham for the ‘Wicked’ themed Tropic Glammies!

In case anyone is looking for some purposeful, playful and light-hearted yoga classes locally, the lovely Eddie will be starting his classes at the Park Centre in Burgess Hill from 2nd September. The Park Centre is reopening and has a Grand Opening Celebration on 6th September.
