I offer microsuction from my clinic in Burgess Hill and remotely across Mid Sussex. Using the award-winning Tympa Health system, I offer 30-minute ear & hearing health check ups including an ear examination (HD images & video), ear wax removal and hearing screener tests if required. I'm officially accredited by ENT UK, The British Society of Audiology (BSA) and The British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).

Showing my face to say THANK YOU as I often do on a Friday, for choosing South Downs Ear Care 💙 This week has been super busy. I’ve worked my magic on your ears with microsuction ☑️ helped out at my children’s school wreath making workshop for the PTA ☑️ and today I ran a Christmas Fair stall 🎄 for my skincare business, a perfect excuse for sequins! ✨Am fortunate to juggle the two - making a difference to my patient’s hearing👂and making a difference to my customer’s confidence with vegan, natural, organic skincare choices!👌🏻 Am 💯 ready for the weekend! 👍

My next Christmas Craft Fair is at Age Concern Community Centre Hassocks, Saturday 6th December 10am - 1pm, why not pop by and say hi? I’ll have some stocking fillers, gift ideas, plenty of products to smell & try and someone has to win my Tropic raffle prize!🤞

Spent a lovely weekend with friends; festive feels at The Sussex Christmas Barn on Saturday and yesterday we walked round the beautiful Furnace Pond in Slaugham, worth a visit if you’ve not been! Back to it with a bang today 💥 not stopped and not complaining…we LOVE nothing more than being busy. Making life easy for residents at Augustinian Care, St George's Park again this morning. A full morning list of ear-health checks; running through options for ear wax removal, including our safe microsuction service at our Burgess Hill clinic or in their own homes. It’s such a pleasure to be able to help those who struggle with mobility and it’s amazing how a quick free ‘chat & check’ can improve someone’s day! 💙

Please take care in the cold and remember to care for your ears, it’s freezing! 🥶 Wear a hat or earmuffs, use an umbrella to keep your ears dry (especially if you wear hearing aids), stay hydrated (always!) and leave it to us experts, to clean your ears! 👍 Protecting your ears is important because cold, wet conditions can lead to infections and the cold can constrict blood flow & cause discomfort. 😬

We’re stocked up again with Earol and await another batch of Sodium of Bicarbonate ear drops, ideal for more impacted & stubborn wax! Being self-care week 💙 we’ve been reminding our patients today how they can look after themselves and in particular, their ears! Just occasional use of Earol helps the wax to migrate naturally and keeps ears clean for longer 👊🏻
