If you're looking to start working out with a Personal Trainer then look no further. We offer two types of services here at Phoenix Performance; 1on1 Personal Trainer sessions, whereby you train with your own dedicated Personal Trainer, and Small Group Personal Training sessions, where you will train with a group of 3 other people, each doing their own specific workout, but assisted by a personal trainer for the whole group.

Which service you choose depends on your timetable, budget and the number of sessions you would like per week. 🏋️

New Year’s resolutions sound great… until February hits. 😅 The problem isn’t motivation, it’s direction and accountability. Setting a goal like “go to the gym more” is easy. Sticking to it without a plan, structure, or someone holding you accountable? That’s where most resolutions fall apart.

That’s why investing in a personal trainer works better. You’re not just hoping for change, you’re committing to it. A trainer gives you a clear plan, realistic goals, proper form, and someone who shows up expecting you to show up too.
