Holistically Ginger We are passionate about bringing calm and space into mind & body through Reflexology, Reiki, Acupuncture & Massage.

After many years in the financial services industry, I escaped (!) and decided to take my life in another direction and started training to be a Holistic Therapist, something that had interested me for a long time. I created my business, Holistically Ginger and I now work from my garden sanctuary. I currently offer Massage, Foot & Facial Reflexology & Reiki or various combination of these! I have

also recently fulfilled a dream held for many years to become a Yoga Teacher and I offer 1-1 sessions of Yin & Restorative Yoga from the garden sanctuary. I have also welcomed my wonderful husband Jay in to the business. He offers Sports & Relaxation massage both from our treatment room and on a mobile basis if required.

Morning all! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the sunshine ☀️

I just wanted to let you know about a new little venture that I am a part of. It's no secret that I absolutely love 80's music and I feel so lucky to have been given this opportunity to join a wonderful group of people.
My show will air on a Wednesday evening from 8pm till 10pm and we launch this weekend!! You should be able to listen via our website from Saturday. www.spinningtiger.co.uk
