3.5 weeks to go until race day 🏁🏅- you should have your big key sessions locked in now 🔐 and longest runs (or final ones pending!) as your body will begin to start and slow down to recover ❤️‍🩹 for tapering over the coming weeks.
You’ve come this far and you’re nearly there! 👏 The “maranoia” (marathon paranoia) starts to kick in for some people 🧠 ; worrying about getting ill or last minute injuries occurring - you will be absolutely fine (just don’t do anything stupid though 😂)

A little about ELM: I’ve been re-launching my business in a new area (Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex) the last 6+ months after having a child 🤱🏻 in 2024 and returning to work in a new home clinic last year after my maternity leave. I previously worked in Hove for many years.
I have been a massage therapist for almost 15 years and currently offer treatments in:
- Holistic Massage
- Sports Remedial Massage
- Aromatherapy Massage
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Wood Maderotherapy Lymphatic Drainage
- Pregnancy Massage
- Reflexology (Traditional + Thai + Pregnancy)
- Seated Acupressure Massage
Im qualified in many other therapies but these are the ones I choose to offer 🧘🏻‍♀️ 😇.

Thank you 💛💜 🩷💙 for having me yesterday! I had a wonderful morning at the Mother’s Day special event 🌷 massaging 💆🏻‍♀️ the lovely mummies and seeing their little ones 🥰 👶🏻- it was soo lovely to meet and treat you all! 🤩
We had some nice conversations 🗣️ , some ‘zone-out’ time for tired mummies 🧘🏻‍♀️ , working on plenty of tense shoulders 💪🏼 and relieving some migraines 💆🏻‍♀️ and hands 👐🏼. Hope to meet you again sometime at my local home clinic! 😇💚.

A surreal full-circle moment for me 🔂 as I attended this exact event this time last year as a mummy on maternity leave with my (then) 6 month old daughter 👶🏻💝🥹. There was a lovely lady there offering treatments at the time and to think 12 months on this was me! 💆🏻‍♀️🌿 (Throwback picture attached) 📸

🙌 Happy back to work day! 🙌
These January days have been so beautiful and crisp so far 🥹😍☀️❄️. We’ve had a coating of the white stuff here in Burgess Hill. The roads seem clear but just a reminder to stay safe on your travels 🛣️ 🚗 🙏🏼.

That’s a wrap 2025! 🎉 Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas 🎅🏼🎄!
It’s been an eye opening 👁️ year for me completing my first full year of parenthood 👩🏻‍🎓, finding myself again 🧘🏻‍♀️ and opening “shop” at ELM after maternity leave 💚💚. There’s been some bumps along the way with clumsy injuries ☝️🤕 (now fully recovered 🙏🏼😅) & battling illnesses 🤧.
I’m going into 2026 more resilient, striving for consistent working 💆🏻‍♀️ , more time for self care 🧖‍♀️, health and relationships with my nearest & dearest ❤️. Putting less pressure on myself to have everything “perfect” and slowing down my pace of life 😌.
Here’s to a happy, healthy 2026! Wishing you a very happy new year 🥳! I’ll be back working from Monday 5th January - look forward to seeing and treating you all 💆🏻‍♀️🌿🤗 x

Hi everyone! 🙋🏻‍♀️😃 been a bit absent on socials so just thought I’d update you all and see how you’re doing 🫶🏼😌. I’ve been back at work again for 9 weeks now 💆🏻‍♀️😍. I was completely signed off from the hospital almost 6 weeks ago 🥳 and I’ve been working normal full days since then 👏.
Thankfully my finger has made an amazing recovery! ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻 I don’t even think about it now! And my clients haven’t noticed my abilities are any different 😆🙌. What a blessing to be given a second chance 😇.
I’ve been spending time doing some courses 📚 (more to come on this!) and just navigating the balance of life with my many hats of business owner / mum / housewife / wife / runner 😅.
My working days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays - slots normally start from 10.30am and I work into the evening and I do have availability in general so do always ask and I can do my best to cater to your preferences 😇.
