On top of the world 🌍🥹🧘🏻‍♀️🫶🏻 ✨ Day one done!! 💆🏻‍♀️💚
I knew I was looking forward to coming back to work but WOW - that hit me big today 🥹. I’ve had such an amazing day seeing you all again - I feel so full of happiness 🥲🫶🏻.
It’s been a life changing time becoming a parent🤱🏻. You gain this incredible little human you made but your life also changes (as do you as a person) and you do lose yourself a bit in it all. Maternity leave has been lovely but it’s this very strange bubble you live in which isn’t reality.
Today I felt like a regained a big part of reality again and a piece of the Emma puzzle 🧩 as I truly love my job and it’s part of who I am 💚. It may be therapy for you guys 💆🏻‍♀️ but it also therapy for me too 😌. I genuinely enjoy giving treatments and today confirmed that - I felt so zen 🧘🏻‍♀️ like I was home again 🥲.
My biggest piece will be mummy 🧩🤱🏻 but I’m loving finding myself again and thank you all for making that possible 🥲🫶🏻. So excited to be back xx

Relaunch take 2 🎬! All set up ready for my first clients in the morning after my 9 month break! 🤱🏻 👶🏻 💕💆🏻‍♀️🌿
I’ve been working hard behind the scenes the last couple of months giving my home treatment room a complete make over 🎨 👩🏻‍🎨 🔨. It’s been tiring work fitting it all in around any spare child free moments I have had (lots of late nights!) - but it’s been so worth it.
I’m excited to offer a new premium space for you all to enhance your full experience at ELM 🧘🏻‍♀️💚.
A BIG thank you to my wonderful husband too - for all your help with everything and in every way possible 😌❤️.

🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m Back! 🙋🏻‍♀️ ELM is 🌟 REOPENING NEXT WEEK 🌟 Monday 12th May! 🥳 💆🏻‍♀️🌿
I will be coming back 3 days a week working Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from my home clinic in Burgess Hill (RH15 0HN) 🏡 which has been redecorated 👩🏻‍🎨!

So my diary is now open to book!! 🤩📗 I messaged all my active clients several weeks ago 📱 so i have limited availability in May (the odd slot) then more flexible in June (always ask and can go on my cancellation list 📝 ✅). I’m expecting I’ll be busy working less days and as always if you are able to do daytime appointments I really need to save the evenings for the full time workers who can’t do any other times.
Slots are first come first serve and I’ll reply in order of received messages. Once they are gone they are gone! I’ll try to reply as quickly as I can (around looking after a baby!) 😅 👶🏻

Thank you all for your patience whilst I have been off on maternity leave for the last 9 months 🙏🏻 it’s been a bit busy so I haven’t really been in touch much but it’s been lovely to see and speak to those I have heard from during this time 💚.

So If you have been thinking about booking in/ can only do specific days or times or want to guarantee something I would recommend getting in touch.
As always I do have my cancellation list which isn’t guaranteed but can sometimes work out so let me know if you would like to be added to this list too for last minute availability potentially.

Hi lovely people! Been a while for me on here but just wanted to pop on and wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
I’m loving maternity leave with my little Santa 🥰👶🏻🎅🏻❤️ but also miss seeing you all for your treatments! 💆🏻‍♀️. It’s been lovely seeing ☕️ and speaking to some of you over my time off - I’m always a text away and love hearing from you ☺️🫶🏻.

Hi all 👋🏼 just wanted to say a huge thank you and a brief update of my maternity leave as people have been asking 🥰. Thank you to my lovely clients - we have been spoiled with wonderful gifts 💝 from you and since I’ve been off and announced our news I’ve had soo many messages from people just checking in which is so lovely 🥹🙏🏻🫶🏻.

House renovations 🏠🛠️ have been going on since mid august and we’re on the final stretch now 😃👏🏼- just another week to go and we should be done! 🥳 I made the right decision finishing work when the renovations began - I don’t know how I would have coped with the noise and dust AND working + pregnancy 😅 so thank you to all of you for being so supportive 🩷. Loving this new era of life as a mummy 🌸🫶🏻.

Shoutout to our wonderful family, friends and Burgess Hill Runners for the flowers and love 😌 we are very lucky to know such lovely people 🫶🏻

🥳🎈💆🏻‍♀️Happy 12th Birthday ELM 💆🏻‍♀️🎈🥳!
Another year round the sun 🌞 of running my own company - and what a year it has been! A LOT of big changes 😱! Moving my business from Hove after all these years to my home clinic in Burgess Hill 🏡 , moving house 🚛 📦, starting maternity leave last week 🤰🏻🙊.
I’ve said it many times but truly mean it 🙏🏻; thank you to my lovely clients who have been SO accommodating with all these changes🥹. It’s been uncertain at times with all these big events so I’m incredibly grateful for your patience around my hectic year! 😅💚😌

Well that’s me finished with work now guys and gals 🙋🏻‍♀️👋🏼 🥺🤰🏻. I always said I would take the process as it came and listen to my body 🧘🏻‍♀️. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and I’ve definitely started to feel slower, heavier and more tired the last couple of weeks. + a sickness bug thrown in 🤢🤒 - I’m proud how well I’ve coped and how much I’ve done but it’s time for me to rest 😌. I hope I’ve served you all well but it’s time for maternity leave to begin to focus on our little family to be 🤱🏻💖.
We also start some house renovations from next week 🏚️🧱👷🏻‍♀️ and whilst I tried to make it work around clients - it’s going to be very noisy and chaotic so I’ve decided with all the factors it’s time to close ELM’s doors now for the rest of the year 🚪🥺 and properly start nesting (nursery still a work in progress 😅) for our new little arrival next month 🥹👶🏻💖.
I’ve messaged everybody booked in to inform them. I just wanted to say thank you to all my wonderful clients for being so amazing and also so patient and supportive of all the changes and upheavals of my life this year (all positive ones ☺️) and to those who have come to my new home clinic 💆🏻‍♀️💚🏡. I will miss you all dearly 🥹 and will most certainly keep people updated during the process and when I will be returning to work after maternity leave next year.
Lots of love to you all! This is goodbye to treating you all for now 😢💆🏻‍♀️ but I’ll be popping up on here from time to time so I’ll keep in contact! See you on the other side and all the best 💚💚 xx

Hey lovely peeps!🙋🏻‍♀️ hope you are all well!☺️ just a few small updates! Firstly here’s a little taster pic of my new home clinic treatment room in Burgess Hill 💆🏻‍♀️💚🏡.
I texted and updated people over the last couple of months as was originally saying to work until the end of July as I had no idea how I would be but pregnancy has been wonderfully kind to me 😌🙏🏻🤰🏻 and I’m still feeling fabulous 💎 so I have now opened my diary for august! 📖🖌️🙌🏼🗓️
I’m pretty busy for the rest of July, spaces I currently have left this month (unless I get cancellations) are:

Hey all 👋🏼! Just wanted to post as I’ve been a bit quiet on here! Just wanted to say the move from Hove to my home clinic went super smoothly 😀 🚛 📦 💖. Going into my 5th week working from home and absolutely loving it!! 🤩
Thank you to everyone who has come to visit me in my new place so far! 🙏🏻 (Postcode: RH15 0HN 🏡). Pretty much everyone has been surprised how simple and quick the journey is 🚗😇.
I’m excited to say the move has allowed me to be more flexible with my working hours so do reach out if you have any Monday to Friday preferences of times and I’m sure I’ll be able to help fit you in!☺️💆🏻‍♀️ 📆 .
- Just a 20min drive 🚗 from my old room at sunkissed
- Secure driveway or lay-by parking just outside 🚙

Pregnancy wise I’m doing great!🤰🏻currently 29 weeks and thriving 🌺 🧘🏻‍♀️ - my abilities aren’t particularly different to how I normally am so you’ll receive the same service as always 🫡💆🏻‍♀️😁👍🏼.
In terms of maternity leave 🤰🏻- I keep pushing my end dates further back as I love my job so much I don’t want to stop 🥹! I’d encourage July bookings to guarantee coming. I’m starting to book a bit into early-middle of august and I’ll likely be thinking about winding down around then all being well so that’s only around 4-6 weeks left! 🫢 I’ll be playing it by ear as it gets closer ☺️.

Update please read 🫶🏻: Goodbye to our first & marital home 👋🏼 👰🏻🤵🏻 2016-2024 🏡🫶🏻with many memories. Change in life is needed from time to time and growth is good for us 💪🏼❤️.
Just a reminder I’m off work until Monday 3rd June sorting out moving bits (we moved into our new house yesterday! Pic is our previous one 🥲🏡). I’m very busy doing a lot of prep 📦🎨 but I will be replying to messages and bookings when I get a short moment so do reach out.
Not all my clients are on social media and I’ve been texting my active clients this week to update them 📲 - I’m still sending out the blanket message as my phone has been struggling with bulk ones getting through for some reason?
But things have progressed since I wrote this and it seems to be that my time in Hove will also come to an end 🥲 (crazy week!🥲) and I will be resuming my first day back at work from my new home based treatment room in Burgess Hill from June! 😃
