Hello, I’m Dr. Grishma Kamble – Physiotherapist at Physio Healthy.
I understand that when you come to physiotherapy, you’re not just looking for treatment – you’re looking for answers, relief, and a way back to doing the things you love. My role is to guide you on that journey with care, expertise, and encouragement.
Over the years, I’ve worked with elite athletes, post-surgical patients, and everyday individuals who simply want to move without pain. I specialise in a range of advanced techniques to give you a truly personalised recovery plan, including:
Acupuncture (Dry Needling) & Cupping Therapy – to ease pain, release tension, and speed up recovery.
Mulligan Mobilisation Techniques – gentle, hands-on methods to restore movement and reduce stiffness.
Women’s Health & Post-natal Rehabilitation – supporting women through recovery, strength, and confidence after childbirth. TMJ (Jaw) & Vestibular Rehabilitation – for patients struggling with jaw pain, balance issues, or dizziness.
