My emotions on the table, fully in my body. I can't even remember what it was about, but my body had kept count. When you are truly held, when your body feels safe, the layers gently begin to unfold, there is even utter joy here!
My client yesterday, said her emotions were unexpected, she fully immersed herself in what her body wanted her to do, allowing them to move through her until there was calmness and peace. So beautiful.
There was no rushing, no clock watching, if something surfaced, I would honour it. Every session is devotion and complete presence, you are the only person that matters at that moment. Held.
Your body sets the pace, your heart leads, it doesn't have to be loud and messy, sometimes the silent tears tell the story.
Your emotions are welcome in my space, your body is safe to rest and soften, integrate them...🌷
